Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Place the unworn or trail-tested footwear in its original packaging to ensure the product is protected during transit.
Attach the Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and securely fix it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated courier; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
